TreacleHi Sarah - sounds like you're doing really well! 5k a day has to chip away at that LEJOG distance relatively quickly?!
Keeping the weight and mental stuff on an even keel at the moment is definitely impressive - must admit I'm glad I've set myself a couple of challenges as I always find November a struggle even at the best of times...
