Nice Dids!

Today I am on the train up to Newcastle and back for a meeting.. feel like I have been up all night already šŸ˜‚

I can
- drink bottled water
- be mindful with shop brought lunch
- walk a mile.. fast paced
- prepare on the train so I am ready for the big bossā€™s questions!

Apprehensive of meetings with the big boss involved.. the only way is through and being prepared

Have a good day canners
The Didā€™s are progress
The cans are aims

How did you get on Fru? You sounded very purposeful!

I am on track...
I had a proper, cooked brunch, gf.
I have been drinking water and rooibos, still a way to go but I have all evening for a āœ”ļø
I am careful about gluten, none consumed for days, not even at supper with friends Saturday.
Bed time has been erratic... I have transgressed so today: before midnight! I think 10 pm is too hard for this night owl! If I can get down to 11 pm that is feasible. I need the downtime! Too wired at 10. Maybe get up earlier. It slipped from 7 am to 8 am...
Food within window I am ok with.

Not bad, not great šŸ˜Ž

Well that week disappeared in a puff of smoke didnā€™t it!

Monday I did ok
Managed a March around Newcastle instead of a run. Held the fast and ate ok food ā€œishā€. Didnā€™t get flustered in the meeting

Rest of week is a blank šŸ˜‚

I did keep adding miles to Janā€™s total and have now 36 miles in the bag and 19 to go to my Jan target of 55 miles

I have stuck to the fast rules all week and feel benefits already

Cans to work on this week

- I can drink more water than coffee or tea!
- eat more veggies and raw at that
- chop more miles off the Jan target

Sounds good Fru!

I have largely been ok on everything apart from exercise that isn't work: yoga and gardening and bed before midnight. At least I clawed that back from 2 am to 1 am.
Midnight tonight!

So some cans for good measure:
Eat within window
Drink enough liquids
Bed by midnight
Clean the house once a week
Do the dishes once a day

Looks excellent Fru!

I descended again. SAD strikes hard this time of year! So yesterday I did go to bed at half past midnight, after eating and drinking enough, quality, in window so today I could:

- have a lie in
- spend 45 minutes in front of my SAD light.

I am on track on everything else, including the weekly clean, albeit slowly and without much motivation.

I did hit Jan miles targetā€¦ and then we did go away and have some very chilled time!

Cans the rest of this week after two forced rest days because of having a slight viral tummy bug thing

Start Feb miles. Aim is 60
Swim

Try not to cry at work

Go!
