I've searched in most of the ways I can think of, and I can't seem to find a Discworld/Pratchett thread... That can't be be a right surely?

If ever a place seemed like it should contain at least a few PTerry fans, this is definitely it.
Also the Ankh-Morpork Knitters Guild, over on rav, of course, but that's possibly cheating a bit. With the name, and everything. And not frequented by that many runners, I must admit. Perhaps the they've taken what is happened to poor Gaskin to heart. Though, on the other hand, Rincewind was a arguably a pioneering ultramarathoner.

So are you all keeping your heads down to for a reason?

I think most Pratchetteers hang out on the various Book Group threads.

I did look in a few book group threads, but I didn't stumble upon anything overtly discish.

I confess I tend to go give up on trawling quite easily.

I'm still quite near the beginning of a full chronological readthrough. I've never done one before, it's always been more thematic or just random.

I started with Moving Pictures then started at the beginning and read chronologically until I was up to date - Jingo, I think. With re-reads of favourites like Wyrd Sisters. After Jingo I fell off the wagon and have only partaken here and there since.

When is Good Omens out on screen?

There must have been one at some point. Back in the day we even had an Aubrey-Maturin thread.

Mr W found a rich vein of hardbacks in the charity shop - the bookcase is suffering.

The Audiobooks can be very special indeed . thief of Time, one of my favourites anyway, is perfect as an audiobook. I have listened to it many, many times.

Oddly, the smokestacks third(ish) of the disappointing opera one is great as an audiobook too. Everyone knows our Walter Plinge.

Me? Like Terry Pratchett? No, of course not. What's that? Am I so OCD that I have to have all those nice hardbacked reprint editions? No. What makes you think that?
