Fed up arsing about with safety pins when attaching your race number?

There is almost never any need for it. 95% of the time on the roads, it's vests and shorts only. Any more and you get too hot too quickly and therefore run slower. Off-road can be a different issue - even in the summer sometimes I wear a t-shirt under my vest, but that's because the wind can get pretty strong on the tops. Sorry, that had nothing to do with safety pins, but people wearing too many clothes during races is a major bugbear of mine. Oh, and these things are a gimmick.

Stick 4 small patches of velcro to the rear. Sew other half of (x4) velcro to your fave running vest. Wash running vest as required For races - reattach plastic pocket to vest using velcro Insert race number into plastic pocket. And Robert's your mother's brother. (c) Cstar
