Thanks both. She’s at A & e now and waiting to be seen. She’ll be fine but it’s horrible when she’s so far away.

They did some tests and sent her home earlier. She’s just gone back to a&e as her breathing is getting more difficult and she’s having chest pains again. Waiting for more news again now.

So we're in Salford and L is back at her house. Still having some shortness of breath and chest pains but I'm not sure how much of that is anxiety/panic attack rather than actual physical stuff because they did her blood oxygen saturation and all that and she was OK. We've booked a hotel for the night and we'll hang about and make sure she's OK before we head back tomorrow.
