My shoulders, neck, achilles, toes, wrists, back... have all got history of injuries. But my ankles are truly AWESOME and never let me down. Today, not for first time, I mis-stepped & fell over twisting ankle badly. No problem. Bounced back up & continued my run. The ankle didn't even twinge. I think my ankles might be indestructible. Anyone else have a favourite (sporting!) body part? |

I have busted most bits...football usually..I have found my skull can take a hit from a cricket ball and I could carry on....not sure of the long term damage.....so SKULL for me!
