I am full of admiration for the fact that my body can still run at 68, and at least from a distance I think I look athletic as well. Not sure if a grey beard looks athletic, but say the rest of me.

I'm going to go with brain. It's all a treacherous meat prison, don't get me wrong, but it's the grey squishy bit that keeps me going when all the pink and wibbly squishy bits (or the white brittle snappy bits) aren't cooperating. |
