Hills are good Don, they only stay in your legs for a couple of days ;-)

I may ditch Chester in favour of a better offer but will wait and see if it's plausible but will still run a marathon on the 4th Oct.

Also hoping to get a little bit of training on the whw over the summer and cover the only section I've not run. Good strength training up there :-)

I might join you for some of that. I'm not doing Chester now. No way I'll get back in decent shape for it. Only running now to stop getting any fatter but every stride is pretty painful. Hopefully GO33 will be the main target if my physio sorts me out in the next few weeks

Senior mens race kicks off at 2.15pm... Normally starts on time even though the tail runners of the previous race are still finishing.
I try to get through for 1-1.15pm to allow for warmup and shit stop pre-race ;-)
