Facebook integration

I use fetch to log my tkd classes, weights etc and probably get some stick for posting every little session. Sometimes however I might be proud of a time or distance and want to share it. Anyway of doing this by just posting that one?

Mind you, most of my FB friends are running friends or Fetch friends anyway, and are usually kind enough to 'like' my training, so I wouldn't want it just to integrate with the race portfolio, to be honest. And I probably need to get another life ......
