Hello! Quick question as I'm not longer sure how hard and fast this rule is. Is exercise with bronchitis an absolute no no? Or is light cycling or similar okay? Thanks in advance for any guidance. |

Thanks, both! Actually, I am fine and dandy, but a buddy of mine isn't. I'll advise them to hold off until all better

Thankfully, I've only had three chest infections although one did lead to pneumonia. On one occasion, I thought I had got over the symptoms and began training again. This led to a strain on a heart muscle which was very worrying for me. In short, definately do not exercise while symptoms are evident. Give it a few extra weeks and then only do some light exercise at first. |
