Put the house up for sale earlier in the week, appeared on rightmove in the evening, first viewing the next morning and they've made an offer some way above the asking price, sold in less than 24 hours. They're ready to exchange on their sale, we've already rented a house in our new location and moved furniture in, so hopefully it will proceed quickly.
