Poll created here: http://www.fetcheveryone.com/polls-view.php?id=2859 I've avoided local race dates, other Fetch events, and Maldon Tri as I know there are some of *them* kicking around. Track looks to be free on all of these dates, depending on how we want to do it, we can either get a block booking on the track or pay individually (cheaper) but then the risk of having other users there to. |

Of course Nellers. Still trying to prise a final answer from the Council. An event application was submitted, I met with the head of parks, who loved the idea. He had a few questions and concerns which I allayed, so am waiting to get the final go ahead for the test, and then parkrun proper. I'm loath to make things much more public, in terms of FB/Twatter pages until I have that final go ahead, then it will be a big push to up the volunteer numbers to make it a reality. I've offers from a few of the local clubs and running pals to volunteer, just need that final go ahead. Keep on watching this space. It's only taken a year so far
