Being a Scotman, I'm adding a bit of culture to the race, lol. (It's 5 am on a Saturday morning, why am I up,lol)

Well done everyone today. I was watching from the top of that hill. Tried walking up after the last race, had to use the course markers as poles just to stay upright, let alone move fast.

Well, that was pretty muddy.

Must buy 15mm spikes. Or can you get longer? 15cm spikes would have been ideal.

I wore 15s and still fell so don't think they are the answer to your prayers. At PHF its mostly too deep too matter anyway. If it covers the shoe then there is no point worrying about the spikes underneath. Worst I've ever seen it yesterday! Hoping for a nothern based one next year (Leeds would be amazing) :)

Well done all.

Curly, I expect Leeds may still be a difficult one (or at least Roundhay Park). The Parks people said never again after 2010, after numerous complaints from locals of runners making impromptu toilets of the parkland. One of the local series has managed to persuade them to allow a smaller event, but even that's going to be heavily monitored.

It may happen at some point, but isn't likely to be in the immediate future.

That is a shame MM :( I want to try the infamous Hill 44!

I would also love a South West one but think its probably a bit far for most peeps.
