Well done all. I did pass a solo runner at around 3am I think and they shouted out as I was wearing my white Fetch top and I can only apologise as I just managed a "yep" and should have chatted. But that was about 14 miles in and I had only run a parkrun distance in one go for the past two years so I was totally shot on that third lap. Glad I did three laps though, gave the other runners in my team a bit more rest!

Great stuff all those solo people/100 club/teamers, some of you did a crazy distance and some of you were just crazy. Love this event so much, will be back next year for sure and think Windle might have three teams!

Another person I didn't see! I saw some people over and over again and others not at all!

I only saw 1 fetch top, Bosun Tony, who I had a brief chat to. I only had my fetch anniversary top on for 1 lap though

I felt really bad, sorry :-( Glad people have enjoyed themselves though. such a great event. Turns out our team finished 17th out of 203 teams, despite carrying me, which is cool.

Don't be - at 3am in the rain with knackered legs and a befuddled brain I don't think I could do riveting conversation!

Plus I doubt they carried you - your efforts meant others could rest. 17th out of 203 is really excellent :)

I finished 24th out of 88 female solos - may be my highest ever placement in a race.

Yeah one of the guys came up to me at the end and thanked me for managing the third lap, as it meant he could actually sleep for a little bit before he had to go out again on the night laps! I think I spent the same amount of time out on the course as them, just a lot less miles!

I admire you solo runners so, so much. Incredible stuff.
