Too Much Water
There is talk of the London congestion charge being extended to match the ULEZ zone (which from next year is the area inside the North and South Circular).

This may prompt greater demand for Electric Cars for the next few years as they will get an exemption from the congestion charge until the end of 2025.

Sadiq Kahn and TFL have ruled that govt proposal out TMW.

They wanted to scrap free travel for young and old too apparently.

Don't think it's been "officially" ruled out, but I know that TfL and London Mayor's office have both said it's a nonstarter, which suggests it's unlikely to happen.

That would be annoying, given that I've just gone diesel to petrol to avoid ULEZ charges.
