Oh dear...this is the week I'm supposed to be looking after myself and on my walk home I end up with what is clearly a hypo. Thank the lord for Pret. Really feeling nervous for Sunday now...I'm a fat bastard with hypothyroidism, having hypoglycaemic attacks and knee problems...iiiik.

Never fear folks the sun has disappeared from Edinburgh!! Latest forecast is light easterlies and a mix of sunshine and showers. Temp looks variable but not hot. Fingers crossed!!
