the photo's are up on marathon-photos.com now. I can't see myself in the 10k and "speaker mat" videos, but looking at the photo's and videos they do have of me, I suspect that may be a blessing.

Afternoon Noobs. Did a 5 mile recovery run this morning. Felt great and was way quicker than the 3 I managed after Halstead. Love your pics too, dancing in a bar post marathon, we're hardcore!!

a recovery run already, SpeedyMel my aches are migrating from my knees to my thighs, will await less achey-ness before my recovery run! well done on your run it was great to see you post race, lol @ the dancing, I stayed close to you and jammylu because those salsa folk looked proper dodgy

LorraineS - not sure who the myster fetchie is but I'm pretty sure I chatted to her. She was using the marathon as a training run for an upcoming Ironman. I could be wrong. The sun frazzled my brain. |
