Have had a knee ache an lots of not running but manage 3 miles tonight for the first time since mara without it hurting - altho it did make itself known with about quarter mile to go. (((Chromey))) hang in there an let yourself recover

I keep forgetting its only 10 days since Edinburgh and met someone I knew who ran it today and talking about it makes it feel like it was months ago!!

Also got the newspaper supplement, though didn't ask or pay for this I did too much too soon after Edi, and am now crocked. Strained adductor. What a plonker! Anyone know how long it might take to settle down.
