Janey I think entries shut at end of this week? Kimbles I do but my poor wee legs don't! downwards motions are proving a bit difficult, going downstairs, getting into the car and sitting down hurts. I have deep heated to the max and will consider again, its my bday that week so could be my bday present to myself! x |

Sorry to hear your legs are not too good Have you tried a wicci bar from Lush? My mate swears by it. I have one as well but havent used it yet. You go for a hot bath/shower then rub on your muscles. Works like deep heat.
