Janey I think entries shut at end of this week?

Kimbles I do but my poor wee legs don't! downwards motions are proving a bit difficult, going downstairs, getting into the car and sitting down hurts. I have deep heated to the max and will consider again, its my bday that week so could be my bday present to myself!

Sorry to hear your legs are not too good :-( Have you tried a wicci bar from Lush? My mate swears by it. I have one as well but havent used it yet. You go for a hot bath/shower then rub on your muscles. Works like deep heat.

Oooh,is that the cream one with the wee red balls? I looked at that the other week! Loving the smell of deep heat and my few days off the gym.

Back to it tomorow!!
