You'll be spoilt for choice along the south bank. Major chains and boutique restaurants
If you want less touristy go the other side of Waterloo into Lower Marsh (cut through Leake St & graffiti tunnel) where there are some good pubs and independent places. Far cheaper and generally friendlier. All a few 100 yes from the hotel.
