RFJ Mar 2011 12:27pm, 19 Mar 2011 2,248 posts	RFJ Sorry Mr C - had to dash to pack for Lightning run (which now doing Solo) well only about 4 hours as a long run... Was indeed beautiful and a sub 20 as well very happy indeed and 1st V40-44... doesnt get much better...

(or dump at the pool at 8:30 with £20 in vending machine cash RFJ, Well done today - looks like you're getting back to business again! Corona, Can't believe there wasn't a coffee posse today. Will have to rally people better next time I'm there!
