James-S Mar 2011 11:11am, 10 Mar 2011 12 posts	James-S Spikes shouldn't really be necessary (even ickle ones!) as the ground has hardened up quite nicely over the last couple of weeks. Will be running the course there tomorrow in road shoes so will let you know for sure.

James-S Mar 2011 3:06pm, 11 Mar 2011 13 posts	James-S The conditions at Wide Lane are great! No mud. No puddles. Ground pretty firm. Spikes not needed if you ask me. Ran my 2nd quickest time there today with road shoes on!! No rain expected between now and tomorrow morning. An opportunity for a PB? I think so!! Good luck everyone! Don't forget - no barcode, no result!! See you at the start line at 9am tomorrow. RFJ - Have a good run at Basingstoke. Gobi - good luck with your 26 miles!
