sitereport Jan 2011 11:13am, 17 Jan 2011 2 posts	sitereport and no trains.... We're definitely getting lots of good feedback about the course. So far the negatives have been dull and windy. Not much we can do about the latter I'm afraid. We could run the route in reverse so the wind blows runners along the straight I guess!

New course IS dull, but it's got one of those intangible "nice feelings" about it. Seems more friendly at the start, and the cafe afterwards also works well with nice, big round tables :¬)

sitereport Jan 2011 5:03pm, 17 Jan 2011 4 posts	sitereport The normal course is around Lakeside Country Park. However, the conditions there aren't great so we've moved to the adjacent sports fields. It's a 3 lap course around a large sports field with the highlight being a run through a tree tunnel! I'll upload a course map to our Facebook page later (http://www.facebook.com/eastleigh.parkrun). In terms of the course details at http://www.parkrun.org.uk/eastleigh/Course.aspx, these relate to our normal course. We've asked parkrun HQ to update the details but they must be snowed under.
