i was thinking of heading over but dont think i can handle coming in 5-10 mins after everyone else .

last week slowest runner was 35mins :( no way at the mo id be quicker than 40-45 and only just got back the will to run after a huge case of CBA and no will power to want to run.

will head over in a few weeks as i get a bit quicker.

have my bar code printed tho :)

We have people who run over 40 minutes most weeks and I know we have a 40 minute runner coming this week.

Running is such a small world. I just happened to glance over at the runner next to me at the start and it was only someone I used to work with at Plymouth City Council years ago

B Lass, you should come! We often have runners coming in over 40 minutes and we had a man walk round in 55 minutes before. Anyway, it's always better to be last than second last as you get so much applause! We'd love to see you there soon.

That's a real coincidence, SE!

Results will go up in the early evening when I have access to WiFi. I have also stolen the parkrun laptop this week to make changes to old results :¬)

parkrunners who would like their results changed by RachE can send the payment direct to me at Amager Fælled, where I will launder it.

The website is having issues again this morning (not surprisingly given the heat and the numbers). I've put our results on facebook as a jpg for anyone who is impatient. I bet RachE can do that too ;-)

B-Lass I was at Eastleigh today, and came in at 41.08, it was hot out there :-O I am slow but still running or run walking, if necessary. I will be there in 2 weeks time along with my Stepdaughter and will be happy to run with you. It doesn't matter what time you come in at, the important fact is that you are out there doing it, and doing it because you want to and also the support from the other runners is fantastic :-) I look forward to meeting you and running with you :-)
