Steady Edina May 2010 12:23pm, 9 May 2010 7,939 posts	Steady Edina I did the parkrun course this morning as part of my long run. I thought I saw somewhere on the parkrun website that if you run a course on your own you can still get the time recorded but can't seem to find it now.
