A few things for people to think about please!!
Officals!!
Besides the Race Director (which I think is me) - we will need 2 time keepers per race (to record the times), and 2 finish judges (to record the finish order of the runners).
I think it is best if we mix and match all of these.
Stopwatches - if anyone has any - can they bring some? (I'll ask at school as well).
Anything else I think we may need - shout please!

I've got a stop watch, (possibly two, but can't be sure) that I'll bring. Mrs FS will be there - not running yet - so would be able to help "officiate". Plus there'll be people in the different heats I'm sure would "clock" times and "faces" in between their races.
A couple of "Clipboards" wouldn't go amiss - I might also be able to provide some race numbers too, not promising but I think that there were a few left over from our open race last year - or I may still have our club race numbers from the closed league races a couple of years ago that we could use if you think that they'd be useful. They won't be 1 -30 or anything like that but they are all different.
Would they be useful to help with the "identity" of finishers in each heat?? what does everyone think ??
