Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

A pb will be dead easy for me to achieve :-) I did the Fetch 1 mile challange in India in december, barefoot, off road on a hilly cardamom plantation, think it took me 10 minutes lol!

Definitely NOT! The good thing about running (and yoga :-)) is that we can all do it at our own level at the same time and still have fun and make achievements :-)

I am rather suspecting I will run faster than 10 minutes for a mile with shoes on and on a flat smooth surface though. Also, it won't be 4 am and it won't be scorching hot either :-)

Yeah quimb, you are right... it freezes one moment and the next moment it is hot... I went for a fell run on saturday and guess what? I was very hot to begin with, then got caught in a hailstorm!!! When I got home it was warm enough to have breakfast outside and on Sunday the garden was covered in several inches of snow!!!

Rain

Snow
Ice
Hail
Thunder & Lightening
