Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Boycie?

Off to Spondon tomoz (visiting the Derby Runner :-), and there is a trophy shop - will pay them a visit to ask about medals for the kids - get a cost then will let you all know. I know this may be askin too much - esp for those who will not be bringing kids along with them

Hiya East Midlands runners. Don't know if I can make it to this yet but do hope to. Just posting the map on here so I don't have to bother looking up the map on the morning of the event. :)

If I am around that part of the world and not doing anything else on the 5th, I may come along and shout, or even run... :-)

Good lord, a 30 mile drive for a mile race is probably the smallest race distance/distance travelled ratio I believe I've ever done - no way am I making the ratio even weirder!

Actually no EP - I could do both like last time, where I came last in the "non speedy group" :)

by the way - I doubt Ally2 can make it, as he told me the other day that Bank Holiday monday's are reserved for him and the missus to "do things like visiting stately homes and stuff"... waster!!!!
