Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

1 adult and one child please. He is nine and can run a mile in 7 minutes something so don't know which race he would be best in.
Thankyou, Nic.

Junior TR1 is trying to decide between the 400m and the mile - he's 12 and I think would also be around 7 minutes something - he'll probably decide on the day.

We'll probably decide on the day too then. Thanks to Barky for organising all this. We'll plan to bring some goodies on the day.

chuffing nora this is beginning to remind me why i used to slope off for a fag in PE lessons
even the fat kids were better runners than me

i remember during the hurdle race, my teacher let me off jumping them and i still came last

any more plodders want to join me on trying for a sub 10 :-)
