Shame I see Beast has put down 9mins now if I had run more lately I would have tried to have kept up with him but I fear my 9:28 PB will remain intact I have "entered" the 100m on the race profile for a laugh, gaurenteed PB having never done one before! The macmillan calculator says a sad 27secs mind!
