All races are different BUT ALL of them are hard regardless just a different discipline. I KNOW I will CANE IT TO THE MAX!!!™ I'm Really Looking Forward To This!!! I WILL do sub 5:40 for a mile I think As for 100 metres??? erm, dunno....
