I always run early morning so it's done before the family wake up. It's also quieter, the air is better and it sets you up well for the day ahead.

The only setback at this time of year is that a particularly scenic but remote part of my route is a 2-4 mile stretch without lighting (and I don't have a head torch). Something to look forward to around the end of February.
