Really enjoyed this this morning. Hats off to the organisers and to the lovely lady who lent me her hooded top because I looked cold. When do the results come out?

Thanks northern runner. Got them now. Don't know what the normal route is like, but I really enjoyed today's one.

245 runners ! That smashed the record ! Only 12 less than Newcastle I liked today's route !  I had plenty of time to take it in ....

Anna - Sadly, I was in such a rush to get there on time this morning that I forgot my Garmin.... Basically we started at the 200m point on the track, went about 250m round the track, then off onto the grass past the tennis courts, round a marshall, over the bank by the river on to the riverside path and then back to the noisy plank footbridge and from there it is the usual route |

It was a different route as we weren't allowed to run round the field containing the cricket pitches

it that permanent lisrun ? I have wondered from the start if 200 odd runners might wear a path round the out field eventually .
