Looking at setting a PB on this course. After a briliant run this year at my first attempt I would like to take something off it on my second race.

Argh!!! Can people stop entering races as City, Country!!!

I'm kidding but I'm not.

Is this one a 2 lapper? Is it flat?

HowFar?
It's a one lapper and not flat, but not too bad. Goes from nearly sea level up to about 50m I think.

Some short sharp hills. And a long drag at about halfway. But as HF says not above 50 m. 10000 runners good atmosphere. and good guinness

This is a good race no major hills. A couple of sharp inclines but not very long. The last incline is about 20/21 miles. This was my first one and I can only say it is a really enjoyable course with brilliant support the whole way run. A definite MUST.
