Will need a double digits run on the Sunday too. Can anyone suggest somewhere foolproof? I thought the river would be runnable (similar to Glasgow?) but be good to get some general advice Xx

I'd suggest running down one side of the river westwards to the start of Phoenix Park, mimble around a bit of that and then back up the other side of the river. I'll draw up a route in a bit...
