I've been doing this too; i'm hoping it won't just be for January in my case. It's not been too bad, and now I'm approaching the 3 week mark, I'm feeling quite pleased! Am out tonight and tomorrow though, so that will be a test. |

Not been without a tough moment or two but also coming up the the 3 weeks mark. I find it easier going out than I do staying in! Going out I can drive & I can be quite determined about it, but sitting in front of the tv after a long week somehow means it's 'wine-o'clock'! Only another 10 days to go, then I'll decide what's happening after that. |

I can't remember a longer three weeks than these three. Usually like to go out for a curry at the weekend but haven't been able to because a curry without a pint of Cobra..... sorry but no, can't be done...

Well done everyone. I always find Fridays the hardest. Don't drink during the week anyway but when I get home on a Friday I like the thought of a couple of glasses of wine once the kids are in bed. Hoping to keep going until VLM but we will have to see.
