I'm chomping too, I dont think there will be much 'bit' left to chomp on soon as we are not the only ones!!

Really want to get my race schedule sorted out for next year as there are quite a few ultras I want to do but know I cant do them all so need to know dates so I can plan!

just been reading back a bit. i dont intend to run many marathons if any between tanners on 10th jan and Shakespeare in april. I will punish myself with no marathon treats until I run a damn 3.45

This is the one i might make an exception for but reading back it seems quite divided on opinion between lovely and horrible!!

How many laps is it then? 35 miles seems a very long way but I mean the 26.2?

G - all I can say is if you really really want to test yourself , go for 35 miles as the expert says :-P

The beauty for me is that it is laps and you can split 35 into nice manageable segments .

Whatever fits your pysche , aim for a 20 mile time , the 26.2 , 50k etc .

You get highs and lows , but always good support as you run through the finish and great photography ! Oh God I sound vain :-)
