Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

WW - so that was you two. Draycote's one of my regular training loops, so might see you out there soon. (might give it a miss for a coulpe of weeks though. Can;t think why!)

The guy in yellow should have entered. And the girl in the grey top. Both must have done at least 5 laps.

if only you knew

i went with few expectations, i've got to a point, i just don't care anymore, i just run and see what happens

i'm on such a high, i don't know quite where to put myself today...

I remember the second Draycote run... gale force and rain..it was our 10 th marathon, in about 5.10
i said to my wife, that's it, can't push Phillip around anymore 26.2's

Since then, i've regathered myself, run with Phil in 4.06 & 4.03 AND yesterday was our 22nd marathon ...

I seem to be enjoying it more and more !!
