when i asked about if they have a size 16 available in the dress i liked, she just looked at me up and down like i was mad and just said bluntly we only do up to 14, the cheek!!

we all can't be the same size, that would just be a boring wouldn't it, they are retailers of clothes and if they can't cater for women and men, different shapes and sizes, then they are in the wrong business!!
