Downhill technique to avoid injury?

If you have had a tear before that's healed by itself, you may have scar tissue that causes problems now - this happened to Mr AL, he had some physio to sort it out which helped but it was made quite clear to him that not having had the first tear treated properly at the time had been a mistake.
