There are some good 5K's in Edinburgh on a Wednesday evening over the summer as part of the Run and Become Self Transcendence series of races.

They are good as a challenge as it's mostly club runners so a finishing time that can get you in the top 100 at a parkrun can see you finish in last place on a Wednesday so it does provide motivation to run a bit faster.

They are only £2 entrance fee too so it's a bargain.

pdavey - that's because the NAD means the course hasn't been "officially" measured, but is thought to be as "near as dammit" 5k. But since the course isn't officially measured, they can't ccount it as a pb course.

However, some courses have been officially measured - e.g. Leeds Hyde Park for one, so they will count as an official pb in Po10.
