Diving suit man banned from London Marathon!

This year they've imposed a cut-off at 9 hours and as he was planning on taking 5 days+, he's been rejected. I pretty much agree with that decision. Why exactly does he want to wear a diving suit? He could dress up as Spiderman or a pint of beer or something and be round inside 9 houirs I expect.

Especially hate when people get a mention for holding marathon world records for fastest 'hippo, baked bean tin whatever'. Just a matter of coming up with an original method of ridiculousness and you get to call yourself a 'world record holder'.
