I came to deliver the compulsory joke, but I see Pilotlight has already performed the necessary duties.

As you were.

Anyone found any workable solutions? My feet hurt so much when I run :-(. GP offered no help at all.

Is it your big toe joints, Cyclops? I can think of one excellent runner whose running career was saved by a cheilectomy.

(I have an osteoarthritic big toe, but it's got a good range of movement even when it flares up.)
