Did that woman manage 3:15 at London on minimal training?

There was a thread back about That Marathon time which was about or mentioned someone's work colleague who was a woman aiming for 3:15 at London on minimal training, although I can't find the thread now. (No, not *that* woman, though the thread may gave gone under in the kerfuffle.) Anyway, does anyone know how she did in the end? |

I'm not sure if it was the same thread but I do remember a similar one about someone's friend who was running London and expecting a good time (don't know if it was 3:15 though) on not that much training. I don't think she succeeded, IIRC. Will see if I can find it. |
