When that happens to me it has always been a fault on the kettle.

Haven't posted here for a long time but it always did feel like a safe place. Have really been struggling this week. Mr W is away which doesn't help and he'll be home tonight. Some difficult stuff to do for work before tomorrow and I can't focus on it. No exercise since Sunday because I haven't wanted to - even if I don't want to run, I'm usually keen to get out for a walk. Feeling very emotional and pathetic. Have stuffed my face with junk food since Monday. I know it will pass but you know what it's like, when you're in it, it feels like it's never-ending. |

Sending hugs back, BE x Feeling a bit better today. Mr W is home and I've managed to get the difficult work stuff done. Do you find it exhausting dealing with one of these lows? I guess it's the effort of trying to behave normally when you feel far from it. Just want to sleep and sleep. |
