Went to bed 10mins earlier than I was meant to(as I'd just had enough)- this was 11.30am Got up at 1.04am enforced by an uper chest/neck area sweat, went back to bed feeling sleepy at 1.55am and woken again by another nightsweat and needing toilet at 3.40am Had to get up as bedding and PJ top wet. changed top and out of bed in study it is now 3.56am- I think that's me done with sleep for the night. so nearly a 3 hrs sleep in total. This IS BETTER than the usual 1-2hrs; but not enough for me to sustain a "normal" day today.
Mood v low. Phoned crisis team at 1.05am. NOT v helpful. Told to watch a dvd or the TV.

Up now and as I've had some sleep I feel a little better.........
Another day to struggle through.....; but struggle through i will with crisis team, mum's support and of course all you fab fetchies. PLEASE keep following and commenting on my blog- you don't need to say much; but seeing a list of people is somewhat satisfying and encouraging me to keep going. THANK YOU!

NRGEE, even with crappy sleep and all your struggles you sound pretty strong. So just to say a big Well Done and sending you good wishes. :-) G

NRGEE - having looked at your profile could the night sweats be related to menopause?

Absolutely USB. I am perimenapausal and taking HRT.

Happy G- I feel incredibly weak and vulnerable- and basically if I had the choice would not be here at all.

early good morning.
Feeling suicidal and on advice of crisis team went to bed at 10.30pm totally knackered and took just my melatonin. Virtually straight asleep- but woke 11.55pm and took my diazepam then Worked and asleep within 30mins then wide awake t 2.29am.
So a drug induced; but better sleep than normal.
