I saw Mark Kermode on Monday at the BFI and he had a section on David Lynch & Twin Peaks - he mentioned as well that one of the things he loved about the show was the 'Previously on Twin Peaks' section at the beginning which tried (and failed) to summarise what the hell had been happening in the last few episodes.
