@Kieren looking at your post on the page 53, you've posted your weight and you lost 5kg in that period. All other things being equal, that alone would've been enough to trigger your ~2 minute improvement, whatever training plan you were following.

Greppers, I definitely did have you Daniels book for a long time but I think it came back to you at Cambridge a few years back. I seem to remember my kitbag being far too full because it had that and Lore of Running in it along with all my actual gear.

The Noakes thing? I wonder who I managed to palm that off after you? You kindly made my house larger by holding on to it for a while.

I may have *two* Daniels books at home. Don't think I have anything of anyone else's at the moment unless I have Glenn's Chi book still?

Don't know about a chi book. I never drink the stuff.

No, you returned the Chi book to me as quickly as you would a sample of plutonium.

It's on the shelf above my head to the left, separated from the Noakes by Matt Roberts.

I’ve got Noakes on my bookshelf. The internet failed to make it clear that the only book bigger than it, in the entire world, is Maglischo’s “Swimming Fastest”. I’ve had to have the library insured against subsidence.
