It's been years since I followed the plan and I'm not sure I ever completed it. A hectic lifestyle with 2 young kids means I havent stuck to anything whatsoever in recent years. I do tend to gravitate to hal because its very simple.

Once schools go back I should be able to get into a better routine and stick to something a bit more structured :)

Good going Kieran.

As anyone who knows me I'm a big Daniels fan and even though my running is not much these days hectic work schedule but never give up

It melts my heart when I read of people adopting it and doing rather well from it. So super well done Kieran

It’s been a long time. Too long. Must get back into this.

Mid Sep Ankh?

Okay. Here's a daft question. Is it worth me looking for my Daniels book or has someone else got it (which would likely be Nellers or Glenners or G1nge)?

Thing with Daniels is it is always going to work better for me than, say, Parker because my intermittent AF means I often have utterly meaningless HR data.

I think I’ve got a spare copy (don’t ask, but it’s even less used than the first one). I can send it if you’d like.

I might end up taking you up on it although it is entirely possible I have two as well. I've owned two of 'Racing and Training with a Power Meter' and 'Advanced Marathoning' at various times too. These things just happen.

I don’t think I’ve got it, but will check.

Parker with erratic heart rate is easy: all easy sessions at 5k pace plus three minutes per mile. Doesn’t matter with the harder ones, you’ll be doing the best you can anyway.
