99p! It was a tenner last week Some good stuff on core training and stretches and some 'on trend' recipes. Interesting stuff on her backstory and mental health struggles adding to the section on general wellbeing. As a running book/manual Paula's was more useful but as a general health and fitness book it's very good. I get the feeling from the book and her instagram/twitter feeds she is almost going down the route of celebrity PT (target audience those of us with life experience who pre-date the millenials aka Joe Wicks/Chloe Madeley etc) |

Definitely worth downloading at that price yes. I have been using some of the core stuff already. And as an ex-army PT and Olympic athlete she clearly knows her stuff. |
